Lou Lichtl

Lou Lichtl has served within the California Public Education system for over 35 years including 26 years as a school site and district level administrator of which 23 years were with the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Lou has been a long-time member of the Conejo Valley and has been highly involved through several community organizations. He has been a member of the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA), an advocacy organization that seeks to level the playing field for all students, since 1995 and has served as the local Charter and Region 13 Legislative Action Representative. His experiential background and knowledge in curriculum, instruction and assessment has facilitated the success of students and teachers alike. Lou is well versed in all aspects of school leadership, management, and governance.
